"I just left this shop maybe an hour ago. They got me in and out quickly and I am so appreciative. I had a weird noice coming from my car when I drove it and they pulled it to the back and took a look and fixed the problem within minutes. I’m not from Nashville and finding an auto shop that doesn’t make you weary, nervous, or uncomfortable (being a single female) doesn’t come about easily. I’m so happy I found this place and gave them a shot. I’ll be using them again should I have any more car problems. They are close and convenient and I now have a piece of mind knowing I can go to them with confidence in the future."

"I was very pleased with their service and follow up. Michael was friendly and shared his automotive experiences and even give me recommendations for options. I have 09 Accord with 187 k mils and finally catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I was going to repair it at Honda dealer, but my co worker recommended “Rivergate Muffler and Auto Repair”. Cost was cheaper and reasonable, more importantly I like the way Michael explained problems and solutions with options which Honda dealer does not offer. I also called Midas as well, but they did not take time to listen and try to charge more. Michael estimated my repair was about 5 hrs and was scheduled on Sat which they closed by 2pm. But, they had some issues taking old parts out and took longer than expected. I was going to pick it up on Monday morning, but they knew I needed a car back so they stayed over and get it done even I did not ask. That’s dedication to make customer happy. I do highly recommend Michael to give you an estimate. You will be treated fairly and even better than other shops including OEM car dealers. Good job!"
