"I used Rivergate Muffler & Auto because they were recommended to me by many people, and I am absolutely impressed! I dealt specifically with Paul and Mike and both men were extremely professional, thorough, and kind. Being a woman, sometimes (a lot of the time actually) it is extremely intimidating going into an auto shop for car maintenance and repair, but both men made me feel very comfortable. When I dropped off my keys, the business was closed, but Paul was still there and he made a point to come out and talk to me and ask me questions about my car and what was going on and that impressed me so much and made me at ease about leaving my vehicle with them— I knew it was in great hands. I dropped it off on Thursday evening and by Friday afternoon, Mike had already fixed it and it was ready to be picked up, and it is as good as new! I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them!"

"As always the customer service is excellent and the efficient and fast service is a 10 .I always ask Mike 20 questions and he responds with a smile. Trust is a good feeling when you leave the shop knowing your vechicle has been in good hands."
