"Very prompt, courteous and understanding. I worked with Mike and Paul regarding a burnt clutch and they assisted me in finding the right upgrade for me. Went from OEM to Stage one and after 500 miles the clutch is still holding fast. It took a second, but only due to the fact of the holiday and the manufacturer companies they order parts from took off longer for the holiday. After obtaining the part it took them a day and a half, with their technician working after recovering from an illness. My boss always said if you can get out of bed, you can work. These guys are prime examples of a hardworking team. These guys are dedicated and well worth the time and money. Highly recommend."

Did a good job
"9/10 Rating for me. They did pretty good and got it done, but it took a while and I feel like it could of been done quicker. We were getting a motor but I guess that’s not their fault, but they could of used someone that delivers much quick.Other than that they did a really good job and we’re going back to get a few more things fixed."

"If you purchased your car through Carmax and have their warranty, I would highly recommend getting your work done here. Not only was I able to book an appointment quickly without having to wait for weeks (which is pretty standard with Carmax's autocare center), but my repairs were finished before I could even finish my coffee. The shop was pristine and the staff was both professional and outgoing. To Paul, Mike, & co: I can't thank you guys enough!"
