"If you purchased your car through Carmax and have their warranty, I would highly recommend getting your work done here. Not only was I able to book an appointment quickly without having to wait for weeks (which is pretty standard with Carmax's autocare center), but my repairs were finished before I could even finish my coffee. The shop was pristine and the staff was both professional and outgoing. To Paul, Mike, & co: I can't thank you guys enough!"

"My sister-in-law lives in Madison and I live out-of-town. She had a problem with her clutch on her Shelby Mustang last year. After checking with a couple of transmission shops and not being satisfied with their answers, I contacted the chamber of commerce and asked for an honest and reliable shop there in Madison. They recommended Rivergate Muffler. I contacted Mike at Rivergate Muffler and they worked with my sister-in-law and got her Shelby Mustang to the shop, repaired it, and gave her a 2 year warranty at a reasonable price. Recently, my sister-in-law's alternator went out. Again, I contacted Rivergate Muffler and as usual, Mike and Paul assisted my sister-in-law in repairing her car at a reasonable price. Thank you Mike and Paul and Rivergate Muffler. We will continue to call you for car repairs and recommend you to others."
