"I was visiting my son from out of state and experienced some mechanical issues with my car. Needless to say I was stressed about being out of state and having issues but also the stress of having to choose a random repair facility. My son found this shop after doing some online research and reading reviews. After I called a few of the places my son found we chose to go with Rivergate. So glad I did. The staff was kind, professional, efficient, and had everything completed and my car back to me in a day. I highly recommend this shop and will be using them when I move to Nashville in the near future."

"Absolutely the best auto repair shop I've ever gone too. Professional and so nice. Beyond comfortable waiting area! Clean and they fixed my ac and did an oil change. Take your vehicle there and you will get good prices and beyond excellent service. I will be returning with another vehicle for them to repair very soon."

"I had emergency auto repair while traveling and it was nearing closing time for this shop. I called from I65 and Cameron said to swing in and see if he could help. He DID!! Someone ran to go pickup a sensor and he had it repaired within an hour. Phenomenal service!!"
