"Took me as a last-minute walk-in, answered all my questions, did everything I needed and were respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out in under two hours for the front wheel brake pads and rotors, coolant pressure test (no leak found) and coolant tank fill up. Satisfied customer."

"Stopped in first thing Monday morning to see about getting the CV Axles looked at in my 2020 Nissan. They were able to diagnose and fix same day. Just a side note, they do charge a diagnostic fee (totally understand) but I think it's odd that the fee is not applied towards the repair. I have found my new repair shop. No more trips to Gallatin Nissan for me. Thank you for the quick turnaround, the ride back and forth to my house, and the repair."

"I commend Cory and staff for their willingness to go above and beyond for a complete stranger traveling/visiting Nashville from out of state. Something went crazy on our exhaust and our car became very loud and experienced loss of power. This happened just as soon as we were arriving on our 8 hr trip in from Ohio. A random phone into Rivergate about an hour before their close time on a Thursday afternoon and I was eagerly told, "You're only about 15 mins away, come on in and we will get you up on the rack and check it out for you." They happily did just that and had us back on the road within 45 minutes. I can't say enough about the friendliness and courtesy we received! These are great people who care about their customers! It's very refreshing to be treated so well. We would not have been able to get fixed up like this in our hometown. Thanks so much, you guys were amazing and much appreciated!"

"20 year-old Toyota Tacoma. I took it to them with a difficult problem. The blower for the HVAC stopped working. And I already tried replacing the fuses and the relay, and the blower itself.… So I knew it wasn’t going to be something simple. It took them a week, and two different technicians, but they persevered, and found it to be a break in a wiring harness behind the dashboard. They had to pull the dashboard to get to it, but they got everything back in place securely and without rattles. It wasn’t a cheap repair, but a fair price given that I knew it took a lot of hours. A professional shop with professional staff. Glad I found them."

"Cameron, Cory and the rest of the crew are professionals. They will listen to your questions and concerns and give you educated advice not just guesses. I have a Lincoln MKX, a Ford F150 and a Subaru Forrester, they all come here for work. If they can’t fix it they will advise you what to do next. The only concern I have is change your air filter at home so you don’t have to pay the hourly service charge. Overall, a great team that will treat you right."
