"I was very pleased with their service and follow up. Michael was friendly and shared his automotive experiences and even give me recommendations for options. I have 09 Accord with 187 k mils and finally catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I was going to repair it at Honda dealer, but my co worker recommended “Rivergate Muffler and Auto Repair”. Cost was cheaper and reasonable, more importantly I like the way Michael explained problems and solutions with options which Honda dealer does not offer. I also called Midas as well, but they did not take time to listen and try to charge more. Michael estimated my repair was about 5 hrs and was scheduled on Sat which they closed by 2pm. But, they had some issues taking old parts out and took longer than expected. I was going to pick it up on Monday morning, but they knew I needed a car back so they stayed over and get it done even I did not ask. That’s dedication to make customer happy. I do highly recommend Michael to give you an estimate. You will be treated fairly and even better than other shops including OEM car dealers. Good job!"

"Rivergate Automotive and muffler and repair . Are a great group of people very friendly informative innovated that is there for your needs and open 7 days a week . they took care of my 99 jeep grand Cherokee for me when it had quit and wouldn't turn over enought to start . I give them a 5 star and a A+ rating in the service and care they gave to me and my jeep . They even recommend a tow service called Blessed they too are a great group of people .all these people are very prefessional .I'm proud the lord showed to me who to service my auto .Try them I'm sure you'll be glad you did."
