"I came in desperately needing my car fixed as it is my only means of transportation and I live a while away from school. I was told by two auto shops that it was my catalytic converter so I went to Rivergate Muffler & Auto Repair to get a quote for the repair. I wanted something reasonably priced as I am a graduate student with a tight budget. It was a suggested that I pay for a diagnostic fee and am very happy I listened to them. Mike came out and spoke to me, he explained everything and asked that I leave the car with them so that they can thoroughly diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, he called me today and told me I need a new engine; however, I was so happy with the interaction I had with everyone in the shop that I decided to leave a review. Mike is so kind and personable, I really appreciated the way he treated me. That type of honesty is hard to come by!!! I will always recommend Rivergate Muffler & Auto Repair!!!"
